Rotten Grapes

This can either be labelled ‘hot mess’ or ‘abstract art’, depending on how you look at it. To me it just looks like grapes gone bad. Don’t be afraid of ‘unpretty’ or ‘different’:

With flash – using the ‘water color’ technique, you can make out brush strokes on my ring and pinky fingers. I don’t really know where I was going with this! I used a white base and tried blending purple and black polishes on it.

And FYI you can’t really go wrong with Zoya Adina, a duochrome polish that flashes purple and green! It does look like rotten grapes doesn’t it? A bit of green and white fungus there. The above photo was taken under my table lamp without flash. It also kind of reminds me of Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty:

No! It cannot be!

 Another flash shot! Polishes used:

  • Base: OPI Alpine Snow
  • Black Micro Shimmer: OPI Suzi Skis in the Pyrenees
  • Black Shimmer: OPI Baby it’s Coal Outside!
  • Purple/Green Duochrome: Zoya Adina
